Leading female celebrity Chef in the region, Silvena Rowe, has collaborated with the multinational supermarket chain, Spinneys UAE to launch a selection of delicious desserts. Chef Silvena, with over 30 years of experience and renowned for using locally sourced ingredients is bringing six of her signature cakes and desserts to an even wider audience through this collaboration.
The aromatic, multi-layered Karak Tea Cake is Chef Silvena’s tribute to the country’s popular tea and is available in all major Spinney’s chain in the UAE.
Chef Silvena, who heads up Nassau and Al Botanica at Jumeirah Gulf Estates has become one of Dubai’s most loved chefs and has received numerous awards and recognitions in the GCC. She has previously created an award-winning food range for the leading UK retailer, Waitrose.
