Jeddah – InterContinental Jeddah is preparing to assign its restaurants a special character, which will reflect the finest cultures in the world during the upcoming Greek Flavours Festival.
On this great occasion, Norbert Borszcz, the hotel General Manager has invited Michael Votsis, the General Consulate of Greece, VIP guests, media and the guests of honour; the Greek chefs from InterContinental Athenaeum for the opening ceremony of the festival week on Sunday 17 November 2019
This festival week is taking place on 17th of November 2019 until the 21st of November 2019, at Al Ferdaus restaurant where it embraces the authentic Greek culture and the event will be presided over by our Executive Chef of our hotel, Konstantinos Arampatzis, who has been awarded with title of Chef Ambassador of Greek Cuisine.
Al Ferdaus restaurant will be featuring the philosophy of authentic Greek flavours in order to deliver the pure Athens culinary experiences to its guests. Each recipe has been prepared with the spirit of Greece in mind by our guest of honour, the Athens’ Chefs from InterContinental Athenaeum.
Our guests will be able to relish the Greek cheese selections, meat and the most famous contemporary dishes.
To celebrate the festival week, our team members will be themed to reproduce the culture of Greece, legacy and heritage, while the guests will enjoy the musical tunes that will colour the evenings of the festival with an authentic Greek atmosphere.
