Recipe – Pour 3-4 oz. of your preferred milk into a cup (be sure to leave enough room for espresso and ice). Pull a shot of espresso directly over the milk and give it a quick stir. Add ice to cool it down. Make sure to leave enough room for ice to avoid spilling! 

 

  1. Caramel Shakerato: The Iced Caramel Shakerato is a delicious variant of a classic latte with a caramelized punch. Try this recipe with a shaker to add a nice light and airy texture to your coffee.

 

Recipe: Dose 40g caramel into a cup. Pull a shot of espresso over the caramel. Mix caramel and espresso. Pour mixture into Shaker, add milk & ice. Shake it well and then pour the mix over ice to enjoy!

 

  1. Affogato: The affogato traditionally combines espresso with gelato to create a sweet & creamy dessert that’s easy to make. Add a scoop or two of rich chocolate ice cream for the ultimate “affogato”, (Italian for ‘drowned’) experience.

 

Recipe: Scoop 1-2 scoops of your preferred ice cream or gelato into a small rocks-sized glass (about 4 oz.). Pull a shot of espresso directly over the ice cream. Serve before the ice cream melts and enjoy!
