JEDDAH — As part of its CSR strategy in Saudi Arabia’s community, EgyptAir has signed a cooperation agreement with the Association for the Welfare of Athletes in the Makkah Region.
The agreement aims to support old and current players, including providing a decent life for players and their families after retirement, and also standing with all players in all games. As well as upgrading athletes and activating their social role in a way that benefits them and society.
The signing ceremony was held in the presence of Mohamed Abdel Nabi, Director-General of EgyptAir in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Ahmed Wagdy, Director of the EgyptAir Office in Jeddah, Nassar Al Dhahri, president of the Association for the Welfare of Athletes in the Makkah Region and other members of the association.
Commenting on this, Mohamed Abdel Nabi, Director General of EgyptAir in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, said: “We are proud to be supporting programs which we believe will contribute positively towards the support of the welfare of football players who are in need. The initiative forms part of our contribution to a sustainable community in Saudi Arabia and complements our efforts in supporting the society in areas such as sports.”
