  1. Triathlon: 16 – 17 July 2022

This popular attraction has become one of Geneva’s biggest triathlons with more than 3,500 registered participants and growing each year, taking the city’s most beautiful routes as its stage, the triathlon represents not only a sports competition for professionals and enthusiasts of all ages, but also an innovative way to explore the city, meet new people and support a humanitarian cause through encouraging participants to donate to UNHCR upon registration, or start a fundraising project, adding purpose to the race. The three-day program is designed to offer a competing spot for people of different athletic levels, as well as a special competition for kids aged 6 to 10 or 11 to 13.

  1. CinéTransat: from 14 July until 21 August 2022

The 13th edition of CinéTransat is returning to la Perle du Lac de Genève, lighting the city nights with open air giant screens within some of Geneva’s most lush and beautiful scenery, and promising a programme that will entertain art lovers through film screenings, karaoke soirees, theme nights and many activities in between. What makes this outdoors film festival a unique experience is the opportunity it provides to fully submerge in the local community, sharing their love towards film and discussing the cultural aspects relevant to most people through storytelling. The festival’s location at la Perle du Lac is a prime space for nature lovers, accessible by public transportation and friendly for pets.
