DUBAI, UAE – Indulge in flavours inspired by the holy month this Ramadan at 3Fils in Jumeirah Fishing Harbour, where diners will find a new dessert called a ‘Date with the Moon’ created by BRIX on the menu throughout the month of observation.
Paying homage to the sacred fruit of Ramadan, this specially curated date pudding by Executive Pastry Chef Carmen Rueda Hernandez and her team showcases locally-sourced dates and a generous pour of smooth salted caramel sauce, all complemented by the sweet crunch of caramelised popcorn ice cream – offering a Ramadan-inspired take on the popular dessert, sticky toffee pudding.
A Date with the Moon will be available to diners at 3Fils daily throughout the month of Ramadan and is priced at AED 30 per dish.
During Ramadan, 3Fils will be open from 12pm – 4pm for lunch, and from 6pm – 11.30pm for dinner. 3Fils is located at Shop 02, Jumeirah Fishing Harbour, Al Urouba St, Dubai and is open daily for lunch and dinner.
