The Festive White Truffle Menu has been meticulously crafted by Italian Head Chef, Riccardo Stevan, who has curated a selection of dishes that showcase the exquisite and earthy notes of this coveted ingredient. The menu features Beef Tartare with fondue cheese (Dhs150), Fettuccine with chanterelle mushroom (Dhs120), Angus Beef Fillet (Dhs280), Risotto Parmesan (Dhs120), Soft White Chocolate and Coffee Ice Cream with honeycomb (Dhs80). Additional white truffle is served at the table at Dhs100 per gram.
