Experience The Exquisite Tasting Menu at Atrangi by Ritu Dalmia

The fine-dining venue transports diners back to their grandmother’s kitchen with a personalised tasting menu

Dubai, United Arab Emirates-: Atrangi by Ritu Dalmia invites guests to take a nostalgic journey down memory lane with its wonderful tasting menu, designed to transport diners back to their grandmothers dining tables. Recently opened in Jumeirah Al Qasr, the fine-dining restaurant places importance on family connection and the idea that indulging in delicious food deepens the sense of togetherness.

Lead by well renowned Indian Chef Ritu Dalmia, Atrangi’s culinary offerings shine a spotlight on lesser-known regional Indian delicacies, infusing the vibrant venue with the comforting essence of homemade cooking. With a varied menu that caters to a diverse range of palates, Atrangi offers a personalised solution for those seeking the ultimate culinary experience created perfectly for individual tastebuds.

Aptly named the “Chef’s Tasting Menu”, Atrangi has devised a concept based on both the guest’s personal preferences and the seasoned wisdom of the Chef. When opting for the tasting menu, diners embark on a culinary journey, where they engage in an initial discussion to determine their preferred flavours, textures and tastes. The Chef will then curate a bespoke experience that showcases the wonderful dishes of Atrangi. This concept is rooted in the cherished tradition of dining at one’s mother or grandmother’s table, where meals are served with a generous dose of warmth, love, and familiarity.

The Tasting Menu presents guests the opportunity to savour the very best that Atrangi has to offer. Diners can choose between two options: a five-course tasting menu priced at AED440 or an indulgent seven course experience priced at AED640. The seven-course menu is inclusive of a delectable amuse bouche and palate cleanser, heightening the dining experience and allowing each signature plate to create a harmony of flavours with each bite.
