The launch of the new Al Maeda Ramadan Lounge.
Ras Al Khaimah -:Especially for the Holy Month of Ramadan, Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort has launched its new Al Maeda Ramadan Lounge that will play host to traditional iftar feasts and late night suhoor meals.
The charming new lounge overlooking the Straits of Hormuz richly presents traditional festive Arabic favorites throughout Ramadan complemented by tasteful live music from a Qanun player.
The Al Maeda Ramadan Lounge will serve a sunset iftar buffet starting from AED 150 per person as well as a late-night suhoor from the curated a la carte menu starting from 9:30pm until 3am.
Diners can look forward to a buffet iftar of classics such as lamb ouzi, lamb mansaf, biryanis, kingfish steak, dawood basha and the famous Al Maeda mixed grills. Guests can finish their meal with a mix of traditional sweets such as umm ali, kunafa and baklava.
For suhoor, guests can enjoy the relaxing surroundings of the Ramadan Lounge with traditional dishes, mezze and regional classics including hummus, moutable, labneh, potato harra and lamb soujok. For mains, diners can enjoy beef shawarma wrap in markok bread, shish tawook and foul medames with condiments.
All of the dishes on the Ramadan menu have been conceptualised and inspired by Al Maeda’s Chef Elias, head chef at Al Maeda restaurant. Chef Elias said:”Ramadan is such a special time of year to enjoy the finest food with loved ones. We wanted to make sure our dishes were traditional and some with the addition of Mediterranean herbs so that they taste light and fresh.”
The Al Maeda Ramadan Lounge also offers an extensive shisha menu and features flavours created exclusively for the lounge that will help guests unwind and refresh after a long day of fasting.
The Al Meada Ramadan Lounge will be open Tuesday Sunday from sunset until 3am throughout Ramadan.
