Elaf Aljohani as Chef De Partie. She is a graduate of King Abdulaziz College, where she studied Culinary Arts. During her studies, she was trained extensively by Michelin star chefs where she received her unique experience.
From an early age, Chef Elaf used to be her grandmother’s kitchen helper, watching her
cooking formed the early roots that drove her culinary passion. She combines fresh ingredients with traditional cooking methods for flavor authenticity. She earned the traditional Saud cooking techniques and culinary secrets from her grandmother.
Traveling has influenced her culinary skills in a substantial way, allowing her to create flavor combinations between international flavors and traditional ingredients. With her passion and experience with innovative cooking style, Chef Elaf looks forward to preparing authentic dishes using her creative display and presentation skills. She has outstanding experience in the hospitality and restaurant industries; having worked at various international locations.
