F&B firm Beluga Hospitality launches in UAE

Brian Voelzing has announced the launch of Beluga Hospitality, a restaurant consultancy that will work alongside soon-to-be and existing restauranteurs to enhance their offering and support them along the pre-opening and post-opening process.

Speciality food and beverage solutions firm, Beluga Hospitality has announced its launch in the UAE today.

Established by Brian Voelzing, a seasoned chef and reputable F&B professional, Beluga Hospitality will work alongside soon-to-be and existing restauranteurs to enhance their offering and support them along the pre-opening and post-opening process.

Offering complete solutions to open a successful restaurant or strengthen current operations, Beluga Hospitality aims to create unique dining experiences through the development of menus and concepts, and by providing measurable training for both FOH and BOH staff.

Driven by his passion for restaurants, Voelzing brings extensive restaurant experience that spans four continents in roles that have seen him develop restaurant concepts and menus across the GCC, as well as working in leading kitchens across the world, across QSR, casual and fine dining sectors.

Speaking on the launch of Beluga Hospitality, Voelzing said: “I’m incredibly excited to introduce Beluga Hospitality. My career to date has been in the F&B arena – from starting as a commi and working my way up to executive chef, before stepping into operations and concept development, where my passion for opening restaurants really grew. With the launch of Beluga Hospitality, I hope to create a blueprint for restaurants that helps them to succeed and thrive in the GCC’s ever-growing and evolving F&B market”.
