Nafas Beirut launches the Festive Menu

As the hosting season approaches, Nafas Beirut is launching a Festive Menu to embrace the loved ingredients of the season. Nestled in the heart of Lebanese heritage, Nafas Beirut has earned its reputation for offering homely hosting solutions that extend the warmth of intimate, at-home gatherings. With a blend of the season’s spirit and the cheer of end-of-year festivities, the all-new menu stands as the ultimate choice for serial hosts of Dubai! Starting at AED 35, items from the Festive Menu can be ordered with a 48hr notice by calling 800 96234788 or dropping an email to cater@nafasbeirut.me. Nafas Beirut can also host live station set-ups featuring whole lambs, shawarma, saj, and falafel to serve these creations fresh off the hearth.

Nafas Beirut’s Festive Menu features an array of dishes including the Wild Zaatar Rocca Salad (AED 35)  that fuses the region’s favourite wild zaatar with a tang of pomegranate balsamic dressing. The special menu also hosts mezzas to offer an elevated experience, including the Traditional Hummus (AED 39) as well as a unique variant, the Spicy Pumpkin Hummus (AED 55) for a diverse selection for true lovers of the Middle Eastern spread. Additionally, Nafas Beirut has introduced a range of Sambousek (AED 35 per dozen), crafted with a choice of spinach or chestnut filling and wholesomely packed with a touch of Nafas! Reminiscent of a mother’s cooking, the homely kitchen has also introduced the Pumpkin Kebbeh (AED 45 per dozen), as a seasonal play on the traditional appetizer which pays homage to the loved ingredient of this time of year. Adding to the range are the glazed Tri-Colored Carrots (AED 35), served on a bed of fresh zaatar-infused Labneh.

The main courses of the Festive Menu are the ultimate highlights of the range, celebrating the traditional dishes of the season with a flair of the Middle East. The season special Turkey (AED 435) with a twist of Nafas takes the spotlight for its Lebanese creativity, and features Oriental rice alongside chestnuts, apricots, mixed nuts and gravy. For a more rustic experience, customers can choose the slow Roasted Lamb (AED 675)  which arrives with a medley of seasonal root vegetables, served with a side of oriental rice, mixed nuts, gravy and yogurt. This culinary journey is enhanced by the perfect accompaniment—a variety of Cheese Boards, starting at AED 229, available in servings of 4, 8, or 12 for a curated selection of quality cheeses, fruits, nuts, beef cold cuts, crackers & biscuits, served alongside honey and jam. Concluding the feast is the classic Yule Log Cake (AED 149), in a variety of flavours – Chocolate, Vanilla, and Chocolate Cherry, for a true festive touch to the seasonal menu.
