Launched right at the arrival of summer, the new menu additions present a fine variety of the freshest, local catch of the day. The highlight of the show is the Mediterranean Sea Bass (AED 290), a dish grilled-to-perfection and served with asparagus, cherry tomato, kalamata olives, and chips. Topped off with a virgin sauce, the new addition is perfect for the season that calls for simple flavors elevated with high-quality ingredients. Complementing the sea bass is the second dish, a one-of-a-kind delicacy, called Batrakh by some and Bottarga by others. Priced at AED 140, the dish features salted, cured mullet fish roe that would get anyone hooked from the very first bite!
