Gates Hospitality has appointed Conchi Mari Ramos as general manager to oversee Stoke House restaurant, located at the Trump International Golf Course.
Located within the DAMAC Hills community, Ramos will oversee a team of 45 and is responsible for operations across all departments within the venue, according to Gates.
