Aims to boost e-commerce supporting the Kingdom’s digital and economic strategies
JEDDAH, KSA – GoDaddy Inc. (NYSE: GDDY), the company that empowers everyday entrepreneurs around the world, announced today the launch of its 2021 Brand campaign to encourage and inspire entrepreneurs and small business owners to build an online presence for their venture.
The campaign also supports the overall Saudi government strategies to accelerate the economic recovery and the post-pandemic phase by fostering the power of small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Eighty-six percent of small businesses in the Kingdom believe digital adaptation to be very important towards achieving Saudi Arabia’s ‘Vision2030’, which envisions a sophisticated digital infrastructure to boost fundamental competitiveness of the Saudi economy. Yet, according to GoDaddy research, only 34 percent of respondents said that they have a commercial presence online.

This current campaign is part of a series of campaigns by GoDaddy following its recent Startups Without Borders partnership, offering training sessions on how to create an online presence using GoDaddy tools and solutions to serve the larger community of Saudi entrepreneurs and business owners.
