Christmas Countdown Brunch
Join Hillhouse Brasserie to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year with a fun-filled festive family feast served to your table. Serving up a mix of meat and vegetarian classics, the special menu includes an exciting mix of nibbles including Duck Liver Pâté with Toasted Sourdough, Duck Hook Scotch Egg with Homemade Piccalilli and Smoked Salmon and Crushed Avocado on Multigrain Rye Bread. Mains include Wild Mushroom Risotto and Roast Turkey with Stuffing & Veal Pigs in Blanket and Prime Rib Beef with Gravy – served with all the classic trimmings including roast potatoes, honey roasted parsnips, butter carrots, braised red cabbage and love them or hate them, brussels sprouts.
