DUBAI, UAE – Making its way to Sharjah for the very first time, homegrown burger brand High Joint will be hosting a pop-up at the Sharjah Light Festival that is taking place at Sharjah University City from February 9 – 20.
During the festival, guests to the new pop-up can savour High Joint’s drool-worthy menu comprising a selection of the brand’s most hyped burgers, famed for their mouthwatering freshly-minced patties that are made using premium angus that’s free-from any nasties such as antibiotics and hormones.
The all-new Double High Burger, which is served with double beef patty, double American cheese, diced onions and homemade mustard-based sauce with butter toasted potato buns is a surefire crowd favourite, as is The High Jamz with bacon jam, crispy fried shallots and American cheese. Not forgetting the classic High Burger with tomato, onion, lettuce and signature homemade ranch sauce with honey mustard.
For those who prefer fried chicken between their buns, options include the much-loved Spicy Mango Slaw with deep fried chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, topped with pepper jack cheese, jalapeños and the infamous sour mango coleslaw, and the High Chicken – deep fried chicken with homemade ranch and honey mustard served with crunchy shredded iceberg lettuce.
The Halloumi Katsu Burger is a delicious vegetarian option, and creamy strawberry or peanut butter shakes are sure to go down a treat with any meal. On the side, don’t miss the Crispy Truffle Fries or the High Fries tossed in a special high vinegar salt.
The High Joint pop-up in Sharjah will take place daily from February 9 – 20 at the Sharjah Light Festival located at Sharjah University City, adjacent to Sharjah University City Hall. The festival will be open from 4pm -12am (Monday – Thursday), and 4pm – 1am (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
