The hotel has joined forces withMedia Stage, Miamis top audiovisual professionals, to transform its Symphony Ballroom into a convenient, full-service venue for the future of the meetings and events world.

Media Stage has built three custom sets within Hilton Miami Downtown’s Symphony Ballroom, each one allowing for customization, personalized flexibility and state-of-the-art livestreaming media functionality.

  • Set #1 offers fire-side chat-style setting, featuring a simple, yet eye-catching lounge space ideal for a one-on-one or moderated conversation.
  • Set #2 includes three LCD monitors to display video content (from one or multiple sources) and a news-type presentation desk.
  • Set #3 delivers the most capabilities, with an 8’x 15’high resolution LED wall that can display any type of media or be used as a green screen. The set also includes custom furniture and a lectern with an additional monitor built-in.
