The Pink City Pull Me Up Chaat at Sagar Ratna is inspired by the Pink City, Jaipur. At the base, it has the unsweetened Ghevar (A rich Marwari sweet) . On top of that, it has some veggies such as onion, tomatoes, potatoes, a little salt and chaat masala topped with some Pink Yoghurt.
The pink hue of the Yogurt doesn’t come from any food colouring but from the natural ingredients. Isn’t that impressive?! On top, the spicy green chutney and sweet and tangy tamarind chutney is added. For the finishing touch, it is then styled with some Sev, Pomegranate and Coriander.
