In Order to Develop the Skills of Dealing with the All-New “Ford Ranger” Models

Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors Co.- Ford Launches a Training Course for Elite Sales Consultants

Concurrently with the launch of the all-new 2023 Ford Ranger model in the showrooms and centers of Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors Co., the exclusive distributor of Ford brand in the western and southern regions, the Company launched a training course for its sales managers and sales consultants with the aim of raising competence and skills to reach the highest levels of knowledge that serves Ford customers, especially those who want to own the new Ranger, which was revealed last year.

The training course and workshop focused on refining elite sales consultants, learning about the history of the Ranger model, its success around the world and its main features, in addition to developing professional performance across the distributors’ network and how to deal with targeted customers to contribute to the success of Ford Ranger marketing. Trainees were awarded certificates after testing their skills and passing the training course requirements.

Ahmed Al-Kahwaji, Managing Director of Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors Co.-Ford, considered the launch of the Ranger 2023 the largest and most ambitious operation, therefore, building the capabilities of an elite sales consultants was essential to achieving success. After handing over the accredited certificates to the elite team, he said, “We work as one team to raise the performance level of sales in a professional manner, therefore, we held this training course to raise efficiency on the one hand and to achieve our goals on the other hand.”

Set to be unveiled in the fourth quarter of 2023, the all-new Ranger was designed with insights inspired by years of research and development. Ford’s vision is to establish leadership in the modern light pickup segment in global markets including Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
