Dubai -: As Dubai opens its international borders, and the city’s hospitality scene comes back to life, Bombay Borough – DIFC’s newest Indian Bar and Eatery – is officially reopening and is ready to serve guests an eclectic menu with a twist from Wednesday, July 8th.

Following the successful launch of Bombay Borough, the excitement is high for this reopening. The restaurant ensures that the health and safety of its team and guests are given utmost priority. On top of temperature checks and complimentary hand sanitizers around the restaurant, guests will have a contactless ordering experience at their fingertips through Bombay Borough’s digital menu. By simply scanning the QR code, guests will have access to an irresistible selection of amped-up Indian cuisine, infused with a variety of rare ingredients, spices, and flavours.

Teleported to Dubai by India’s leading Indian cuisine companies, Charcoal Concepts, Bombay Borough explores contemporary twists with ingredient-focused small plates and grills ranging from Guntur Podi Chicken, Haleem Pate with Saffron Sheermal and Aam Papad Paneer, to Naga Ghost Pepper Wings and Panch Phoran Chargrilled Prawns. As the meal unfolds, experience an explosion of flavor with the large plates that will follow and satisfy even the heartiest of appetites.

Finding the right pairing enhances each ingredient and elevates the taste of every large plate. Unique menu highlights include Bombay Lunch Home Veg Curry and Banana leaf Rice, Mario’s Mango Prawns & Coconut Rice, Chennai Crab Roti, and Smoked Jodhpur Mutton.

Guests can look forward to delicious flavor-enhanced dishes and an inspired beverage selection, complemented with an Indo-chic ambiance while having peace of mind that their safety comes first at Bombay Borough. In addition, if guests reserve a table in advance, they can avail a 10% discount on the total bill using the code BB2020, which will be valid until the end of the month.

Reopening Offers

To celebrate the reopening, Bombay Borough offers a limited-time deal of Buy 3, Get 1 Free on their Express Lunch Menu. Start on the right note with a sharing portion of Chutney Papad Tokri, before tucking into the Smalls menu. Then, choose your main from an extensive selection of Street Grills, Big Plates and Biryanis, for the price of AED 79 per person.

Fancy a mid-day or post-work drink? Hit the well-travelled bar at Bombay Borough, offering ‘Aunty Bar’ inspired drinks. Back in the 50s and 60s, when consuming certain drinks in Bombay was a taboo, to get around restrictions, ladies served prohibited drinks from their houses, which were later known as ‘Aunty Bars.’ Come experience daily Happy Hours, from 4PM to 8PM, at Bombay Borough, as a throwback to epic times, with some great Pauwa Cocktails and refreshing new brews. As part of the reopening, buy the first and get the second on the house!
