While many restaurants in the region have made changes to supply chains to keep afloat, Luigia has made a point not to compromise on the standard of its food. Instead, the popular Italian restaurant has opted to continue working with its existing select suppliers, incorporating only the best traditional Italian ingredients into its dishes.
“We have always placed our ingredients at the forefront of our dishes – from our tomatoes and cheese to the delicatessen and fresh dough, we ensure that guests will taste Italy in every bite. Our weekly deals, such as Pop & Pizza Night and the weekend brunch, have also seen great success in the last couple of weeks and I believe this is a wonderful sign for the future of the industry as a whole,” Lagrutta adds.
Guests can look forward to Pop & Pizza every Wednesday night where they can order any pizza from Luigia’s à la carte menu and enjoy three complimentary glasses of bubbles. The famous Luigia Brunch every Friday and Saturday showcases a selection of timeless recipes designed to make families’ dining experience memorable and the daily happy hour features discounts on select cocktails, house beverages and bar bites.
In light of the lift on movement restrictions in the UAE, Luigia still strictly follows the advised rules and regulations set by the government, while other necessary safety protocols are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of diners.
