The Head Chef Bruno Ambar has built his successful career by accepting sensational assignments at various international restaurants in his early years, and he has now joined Millennium Hotel and Convention Centre – Kuwait to lead the kitchen of the few South American Restaurant in Kuwait, the El. Publico.
