Multi-Michelin star winning chef Pierre Gagnaire returning to InterContinental Dubai Festival City

Regarded as ‘the world’s best chef’ in a poll of his fellow Michelin-awarded peers, Pierre Gagnaire is set to return to Dubai to visit his restaurants at InterContinental Dubai Festival City from March 8 to March 13.

The highly acclaimed French chef will be appearing at Pierre’s Bistro & Bar from 6pm until 11pm all week as he takes the chance to catch up with his team and meet and greet guests.

Gagnaire will also be hosting an exclusive afternoon tea at another of his venues, Choix Patisserie & Restaurant, again located at InterContinental Dubai Festival City, on March 13.

Located on the promenade level with panoramic views over the Dubai Creek, Pierre’s Bistro & Bar has been operating for three years, serving authentic classic French cuisine in a contemporary setting known for its pink, green, and gold décor.

Gagnaire’s visit to Dubai comes hot on the heels of a number of Michelin-starred chefs hosting dinners in the city around Gulfood. With one-starred Israeli chef Gal Ben-Moshe teaming up with Nick Alvis and Scott Price at Folly, as well as cooking alongside three Michelin-starred Norbert Niederkofler at Armani/Ristorante.

In 2019 Gagnaire was also enlisted to create the menu for the opening of famed French restaurant Fouquet’s when it arrived at Louvre Abu Dhabi.
