A French-inspired dish named ‘Hotate Guratan’ is a must-try for scallop lovers. Comprising tender Hokkaido scallops swimming in a mouthwatering confit corn and leek sauce, topped with a creamy pour of indulgent Parmigiano Reggiano sauce and a sprinkle of chives.
The menu at 3Fils has also welcomed a dish called ‘Spicy Salmon Garlic Toast’. Perfect for sharing, this plate presents three pieces of crunchy, buttered garlic toast topped with marinated salmon topped with sakura cress and chives, and finished with a touch of sudachi zest.
