A limited-edition dish available throughout Ramadan, the new yakitori at 3Fils invites guests to enjoy two skewers for AED 24
DUBAI, UAE – Mouthwatering yakitori has been introduced to the menu at 3Fils in Jumeirah Fishing Harbour as a limited-edition special during the holy month.
A tribute to Executive Chef Shun Shiroma’s favourite street food from Japan, the new yakitori special at 3Fils invites guests to enjoy two skewers for AED 24, daily during Ramadan from 6pm to 11.30pm.
Chef Shun has re-created his favourite dish at 3Fils to comprise small pieces of skewered fresh chicken that is marinated with tare sauce, a rich glaze made of Asian-inspired broth that gives the meat a unique flavour. Placed on the charcoal yakitori grill, the chicken is repeatedly dipped in the tare sauce during the cooking process to enhance its flavour and produce a tender, flavour-packed dish.
During Ramadan, 3Fils will be open from 12pm – 4pm for lunch, and from 6pm – 11.30pm for dinner. 3Fils is located at Shop 02, Jumeirah Fishing Harbour, Al Urouba St, Dubai and is open daily for lunch and dinner.
