Punjab Grill’s Chef Sandeep to Collaborate with Youngest Emirati MasterChef, Aysha Al Obeidli for Emirati Mother’s Day

Immerse yourself in a blend of cultures as Punjab Grill’s executive chef, Sandeep Ail and the youngest Emirati chef, Aysha Al Obeidli cook up a menu of Emirati and Indian fusion cuisine. The special dishes will be served at the Indian fine dining restaurant, Punjab Grill, Abu Dhabi in celebration of Emirati Mother’s Day.

The four course menu is inspired by the favourite Emirati dishes of Chef Aysha’s mother and has been specially curated with inputs from both chefs for the three-day event. “We are incredibly excited to collaborate with Chef Aysha the youngest Emirati chef in the UAE to celebrate and honour all mothers dining at Punjab Grill. Flavours have a way of bringing back cherished memories and the dishes curated exclusively for this occasion will surely take the guests on a walk down memory lane.” says Sandeep Ail, executive chef at Punjab Grill, Abu Dhabi. The special menu features Emirati favourites with an Indian twist and includes dishes such as the Samak Machboos and Rubiyan Salona with Dates and Chips Oman.

Chef Aysha will be available at the restaurant to present the unique dishes to diners, along with Chef Sandeep, from 2pm to 8pm from 19th, 20th and 21st March, 2021.

Price: AED 350 per person, inclusive of soft beverages
