To honor this momentous milestone with splendor, Roberto’s embarks on a series of stellar celebrations throughout the year 2022, starting with four exclusive events in March.
On Monday, 21st March, the spotlight will be set on Rawberto’s, the first Italian Crudo Bar in the UAE and the perfect illustration of Roberto’s culinary avant-garde. Guests are invited to a one-night-only set menu serving the freshest and most divine seafood available in the Middle East.
On Tuesday, 22nd of March, Roberto’s Head Chef, Danilo Valla will showcase the finest cuts from the in-house meat dry-ager through a specially crafted menu. Suited for both meat connoisseurs and fine-diners, guests of the Italian Butcher night are set for a world-class gastronomic journey.
On Thursday, 24th of March, dine and unwind as Michelin Star-Chef Enrico Bartolini curates a Gala Dinner with favorites from his 7 years of mentorship at Roberto’s. The Best of Enrico will highlight the 9-Michelin star chef’s impressive culinary prowess with a sumptuous 6-course feast.
On Friday, 25th of March, talented DJ Ben will headline A Decade of Roberto’s, the pinnacle of the March festivities. The fabulous, much-anticipated red carpet event is set to reward Roberto’s loyal customers and VIP guests with grandiose surprises.
In parallel with the celebrations, Roberto’s will be presenting a limited Anniversary menu featuring 10 iconic dishes such as the Polpo, a uniquely slow-cooked roasted octopus with artichoke and pepe sauce,orthe Risotto alla Barbabietola, an exquisite Beetroot risotto paired with gorgonzola fondue and walnut. The anniversary pairing menu will only be available from Wednesday, 16th March until Saturday, 16th April.
