Start the evening with a chilled glass of champagne paired with fruits de mer that consists of Gillardeau oyster, red & purple prawns, langoustine, yellow fin tuna tartare and Scottish salmon carpaccio, then moving onto seared scallops with citrus butter sauce and oscietra caviar.
