Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) has announced the graduation of trainees in its 4th cycle of training program in partnership with the Higher Institute for Water and Power Technologies (HIWPT). The ceremony took place on the 12th of November, 2020, which witnessed the graduation of 9 trainees, who immediately were employed by SADAFCO after the graduation.
The program is a partnership with the Higher Institute for Water and Power Technologies (HIWPT) to develop the technical national manpower to meet the company’s actual needs in the fields of maintenance and operation.
The program began in 2017, covered necessary skills required across mechanical, electrical and refrigeration disciplines, to compliment the company’s needs. The program has successfully trained 56 young Saudis since the beginning, with 39 currently holding permanent positions accross SACAFCO’s different facilities.
