Sausage Fabrique, Dubai’s ultimate destination for an authentic artisanal sausage experience, is launching its first-ever breakfast menu for dine-in and delivery starting 24th October. The menu brings together a range of healthy and flavourful items that take inspiration from cuisines around the world. From a light and tasteful porridge to a full English breakfast with all the trimmings, Sausage Fabrique has created the perfect menu to complement all tastes.
The unassuming deli located in JLT is famously known for its all-natural, fully handmade, halal, organic, and free-range sausages, & meat cuts that hold remarkable flavour, from smoked, and honeyed, to even cured. With high-quality sausages and dishes that pull from the heritage of the past and ingenuity of the present, Sausage Fabrique is rich in flavour and history. With sausages at the heart of everything they do, a breakfast menu was a natural evolution for the brand and combines iconic global breakfast items with speciality sausages.
The new breakfast menu includes:
- Smashed Avocado Toast: Sourdough bread, poached eggs, smashed avocado, feta cheese, olive oil and herbs, roasted cherry tomatoes, mixed greens, pomegranate seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sumac powder, a slice of lemon. 32 AED
- Breakfast Beans: Tomato mixed beans, smashed avocado, poached eggs, oregano garnish. 35AED
- Big Breakfast Plate: Chicken sausage, spicy Italian sausage, beef bacon, roasted button mushroom, roasted cherry tomato, baked beans in tomato sauce, scrambled eggs and hash browns. 55AED
- Turkish Eggs with Sujuk:Sourdough bread, poached eggs, yoghurt garlic paste, butter, paprika, sumac powder, dill garnish. 35 AED
- Vegan Porridge:Rolled oats, coconut milk, turmeric powder, topped with blueberries, strawberries, bananas, and chia seeds with vegan syrup.25 AED
- French Toast: Brioche loaf, Kiri cheese, sweet milk sauce (condensed milk) & date syrup. 32AED
- Satay Wrap: Homemade chicken satay, Fresh-cut Coleslaw, sweet chilli peanut sauce.32 AED
- Chicken & Mango Mint: Homemade chicken satay, mango & mint coleslaw, fresh-cut iceberg lettuce, julienne carrots & cucumber, chilli flakes, ginger hoisin dressing topped with sesame seeds. 40AED
- Greek Lemon Chicken Salad: Home-made lemon chicken, fresh lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black olive, herbs, feta cheese, crisp tortilla and lemon olive oil dressing. 40AED
- Choco Peanut Oats Bar: Whole Oats, butter, honey, peanut butter, dark chocolate, & Nutella. 10 AED
Visit Sausage Fabrique in Cluster F, JLT to sample the new breakfast menu and enjoy the outdoor seating as the weather cools. Breakfast is available from 7 am until 3 pm. Residents and visitors can now visit in-store or order in from the new menu online via Deliveroo, Talabat, Careem Now, Chatfood, Instashop, and El Grocer.

From sausage making to prime cuts of halal meat, the Sausage Fabrique butchery is the one-stop shop for quality cuts. The butchery boasts a large selection of meats from Australian grass-fed, USDA PRIME striploin, and rib-eye. The beef patties, perfect for BBQ & grilling, are made from the finest and freshest cuts of wagyu and USDA Prime beef. The butchery also includes a frozen section that boasts convenient and easy to cook foods such as Beef Wellington and Italian Arancini.

Serving a variety of sausages, burgers, hot dogs, deli sandwiches, and sharing boxes, the Sausage Fabrique Eatery is the perfect spot for a filling & hearty meal. Charcuterie:
All cold cuts from the Charcuterie are made in house or imported, they are made with no preservatives, colourants, or artificial flavours. Serving top-quality cuts such as smoked turkey breast, beef bacon, Italian bresaola, and truffle beef salami etc. Sausage Fabrique creates and sells charcuterie boards along with a range of complementing cheeses, marinades, artisanal pickles and condiments.
