Abu Dhabi, UAE – Welcoming the summer season, Hakkasan Abu Dhabi is set to re-introduce its refreshing Cantonese Journey menu. Prepared with locally sourced ingredients, by a team of experienced chefs, the menu showcases a diverse collection of dishes. Starting from June 12th, 2023, the Cantonese Journey menu will be available daily from 6.00 pm until 11.30 pm, together with Hakkasan’s celebrated à la carte menu.
Delivered with excellence and style from the very first bite, Hakkasan’s Cantonese Journey menu is priced at AED 328 per person. It includes three delectable courses allowing guests to embark on a culinary journey. The feast begins with a fresh Bean curd mooli salad with zesty kumquat dressing, a dim sum duo, as well as Jasmine tea smoked chicken with crystalized rose petals. The starters are followed by main courses such as Chargrilled grouper with organic honey, local sea prawn, and Stir-fry French beans with olive leaves. To finish, guests are offered to indulge in an exquisite Sweet potato Crème Brûlée.
Supporting global sustainability, the menu is specially curated by Executive Chef Lee Kok Hua using locally sourced ingredients such as sea prawn, corn-fed chicken, and organically farmed vegetables to ensure the most authentic flavours and freshness throughout the entire dining experience.
To accompany the dishes, a sustainably minded drinks menu has also been curated to enhance the guest’s experience. The drinks have been created with zero waste in mind, and utilize ingredients found in both the bar and the kitchen.
