Dubai, UAE – Snowbell Restaurant Management announces the appointment of Chef Munish Rana as the Brand Chef. A flamboyant personality and effervescent Chef, he has a meritorious experience of 13 years in the culinary domain with pan India and international experience. His insatiable curiosity, willingness to experiment and extensive knowledge of global culinary trends will help create an overall, unrivalled dining experience at Snowbell Restaurant Management.
Chef Munish is a graduate of the Bachelor’s in Hospitality from the Institute of Business & Hotel Management in Chandigarh, where his passion for the culinary world was ignited.
In the profiles he has handled previously, some of the renowned brands include Queen Elizabeth II, Dubai, Trèsind Dubai and the Taj Hotel & Resorts, India. He accredits his mentors for his innate learnings and immense knowledge expertise in the culinary space. Michelin shared Chef Sujan Sarkar with whom he had the opportunity to work at Rooh, Delhi and with Award-Winning Chef Pradeep Khullar, where he handled the kitchen at Jodhpur Royal Dining.
As the Brand Chef at Snowbell Restaurant Management, Chef Munish will be responsible for Culinary Management for 14 Live Outlets and 15 Cloud Kitchens spread across Dubai & Abu Dhabi. The Snowbell brands overseen by him are Peppermill, Sugar Factory, Ming’s Chamber, Grain of Salt, Easriin Levantine, By The Biryani, By The Wok and Pizza Spot.
Chef Munish boasts a rich and diverse culinary background, hailing classic cooking and modern techniques from the Himalayas. His expertise to deliver a lux and grandeur experience, also arises from his personal roots wherein he had the flexibility to nurture a diaspora of flavours.
