Spring has Sprung at Couqley French Bistro & Bar


Couqley has officially announced the end of winter by unveiling their Spring Specials Menu. Available from the 21st of February to the 31st of March, step into the Parisian Bistro to indulge in the flavours of the season.

Light, colourful, and bursting with flavours, the Spring menu is only available from 5pm – 8pm daily. Embrace the change of season with the light taste of French vanilla and tropical fruits sea bream ceviche, grilled octopus, and the well-loved tarte fine aux pommes.  The unmissable Spring menu focuses on the rejuvenating and refreshing tastes of the season. 

Not up for a full set menu, Couqley French Bistro & Bar is offering their French vanilla and tropical fruits sea bream ceviche and grilled octopus from the Spring Specials on their a-la-carte menu for only AED 89 for the ceviche and AED 127 for the grilled octopus. 

AED 169 for a 2 Course Meal | AED 199 for a 3 Course Meal

Daily from 5pm to 8pm.

FRENCH VANILLA & TROPICAL FRUITS SEA BREAM CEVICHE 

(raw) Sea bream marinated in French vanilla pods, passion fruit, mango & citrus.

SALADE ENDIVES ROQUEFORT

Crisp endives, diced tomatoes, julienne pear, Roquefort cheese crumbles, a sprinkle of walnuts & dressed in a Roquefort vinaigrette. (N)(V) 

ESCARGOTS DE BOURGOGNE

Six shell-baked snails in Burgundy-style garlic shallot herb butter. Add: AED48 for 12 (A) 

CALAMARS GRILLÉS

Local fisherman’s daily catch, marinated & grilled to perfection, served with a salade de mesclun & dressed in a light lemon-oil vinaigrette. (N)

TARTE FINE DE CHÈVRE CHAUD 

Goat cheese & tomato confit on a puff pastry with a balsamic glaze, served with a salade de mesclun. (N)(V)

SALADE DE LENTILLES

Healthy lentils mixed with finely diced vegetables & fresh herbs in a light Dijon sauce.(V)

GRILLED PORTOBELLO

Fresh portobello mushrooms baked in a light cream with parmesan. (V)

CRAB CAKES

Local fisherman’s daily catch. Two fresh crab meat patties, breaded, pan seared & served with a small green salad

The house favorite; a mouth-watering 180g butterfly-cut tenderloin served with Couqley’s signature sauce on top & fries. Add: AED38 for280g 

GRILLED CHICKEN AUX TAGLIATELLES

Grilled chicken breast with Herbes de Provence & a creamy white mushroom tagliatelle pasta.

POULPE GRILLÉ

Grilled octopus with cauliflower & green pea purée, and roasted baby potatoes.

HOMEMADE RAVIOLI

Six spinach ravioli in a light garlic rosemary white cream sauce & topped with mushrooms. Add: AED12 for Cèpes ravioli 

RACLETTE BURGER

Angus patty on a brioche bun with caramelized onion, Portobello mushroom, oozing Raclette cheese, grain mustard mayonnaise & served with skinny fries.

RIGATONI ARRABIATA

Rigatoni pasta in Couqley’s homemade plum-tomato sauce with fresh basil & parmesan cheese. Add: AED19 for stracciatella di burrata & eggplant. (V)

PAN-SEAREDSEA BREAM 

Lightly pan seared wild Daurade with julienne vegetables in a signature shrimp bisque sauce & served with wild rice. (A)

CHEESEBURGER

Couqley’s classic & juicy American-style Angus cheeseburger with aged Cheddar & served with fries.

STEAK TARTARE

(raw) Top quality 180g freshly minced beef with Chef Alexis’ signature seasoning & served with fries

The Spring Specials Menu allows customers to order a two – three course meal, including the choice of a starter and main or a starter, main, and dessert, with the additional option of adding a glass or bottle of grape. 

For additional AED99 guests can have a bottle of selected grape.

For additional AED199 guests can have a bottle of organic & vegan wine.

The special menu will be available until the 31st of March and can be enjoyed as many times as your heart desires!
