La Fabbrica Italiana has just launched a selection of Spring Specials to embrace the new season. The UAE’s very-first focacceria has put together special menu items that incorporate fresh seasonal produce. Starting March 23rd, La Fabbrica Italiana’s Spring Specials will be available for dine-in with a complimentary scoop of lemon and ginger gelato until the 2nd of April.
This season’s recommended item is La Fabbrica Italiana’s limited edition focaccia called La Rotonda, priced at only AED 85 and good for sharing for a company of 2. The limited-edition La Rotonda comes with a full burrata on top of a round freshly baked focaccia topped with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves all tied together with a drizzle of Italian olive oil.
