Guests explored the art of making chocolate and created their very own Swissotel Signature LINDT Chocolate Festive Bauble.
Dubai, UAE – Swissotel Al Ghurair, a five-star family destination in Dubai located in the heart of Deira, successfully organized a unique masterclass in collaboration with LINDT on November 29th.
To celebrate the festive season, two eclectic Swiss brands, Swissotel Al Ghurair and LINDT came together for an exhilarating 60-minute masterclass, showcasing the method of whisking, chocolate folding, and a variety of other tips and tricks that will help in the pastry kitchen.
Spearheaded by Matthew Müller, the LINDT Master Chocolatier and Chef Swapnal, the hotel’s passionate pastry chef, guests got the opportunity to create their very own Swissotel Signature LINDT Chocolate Festive Bauble while exploring the art of chocolate making.
Curated specially for the masterclass, the recipe for the LINDT Chocolate Festive Bauble featured high-quality ingredients that produced a rich, smooth and indulgent chocolate. Chocolate enthusiasts were thrilled to take their delicious masterpieces home to share with loved ones.
Some of the highlights of the festive event included a magical Gingerbread house-making workshop, Christmas tree-lighting ceremony and other fun-filled festive activities to keep the guests immersed in an evening filled with festive spirits and laughter.

Throughout the festive Season, Swissotel Al Ghurair welcomes guests to purchase delectable festive treats including Cookies, Yule Log, White Chocolate Mousse Cup, Milk Chocolate Pecan Crème Brulée at the Festive Confectionery Pop-up with LINDTat Yasmine Lounge from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. till 8th January.
