Chef Fadi of Couqley has crafted two specials, one featuring the mildly sweet Mediterranean Sea Bream while the other starring Brazil’s favourite piece of steak – the tenderly juicy Picanha! Pescatarians or Meatatarians, the loved French Bistro is bringing the food ‘shore’ to Dubai to offer a glimpse of the green grasslands meeting the Mediterranean marines!

French Vanilla & Tropical Fruits Sea Bream Ceviche – AED 89
Features raw sea bream, fresh from the daily fisherman’s catch, marinated in French vanilla pods, passion fruit, mango & citrus, to bring a touch of tropics to the desert land of Dubai.
Picanha (300g) – AED 149
Includes a premium juicy rump cap topped with truffle butter medallions, served with gooey aligot purée made from Emmental & Gruyére cheese.
