DUBAI, UAE- – Bespoke catering company and artisan butchery, The Meat Avenue has debuted an all-new live cooking range of catering options for private events of all sizes and requirements to further enhance its fully-fledged catering service across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.  

As demand for catering heightens, The Meat Avenue has broadened its menu to include mouthwatering live cooking stations, perfect for those hosting events at home or at private venues. Now available for booking, customers can choose from meaty options like succulent whole lamb spit roast on firewood, a wagyu steak station stocked with premium, high-quality tenderloin, ribeye and striploin sourced from reputable farms, an 18-hours smoked USDA prime brisket station, a black onyx tomahawk or oyster blade station, and plenty more – each serving up to 30 people per station.

The Meat Avenue also offers specialised Lebanese live cooking stations that feature favourites like mixed grill, mezza and salads. There are also options showcasing Mexican tacos or fajitas, shawarma over firewood, angus burgers or hotdogs, and homemade pizza, pasta and risotto, which are all great options for kids’ catering.

For the seafood lovers, there’s a premium oyster bar with a tempting selection of Gillardeau, Fines de Claire, Sentinelle and Ostra Regal oysters, traditional seafood paella, salt-baked wild seabass, and a seafood station with an array of ocean favourites like prawns, calamari, harmour fillet, seabass and more.
