Perched on the water with spectacular sea views, VaKaVa Pan-Latin Grill & Lounge is back with a refreshed menu which is set to take guests on a culinary journey through Latin America. The stunning two-storey venue located at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers is an explosion of vibrant reds, oranges and yellows that establish a celebratory carnival tone from the outset. Though regulars will recognise some dishes on the menu, there have been some exciting new developments. With a deep focus on quality, authenticity and experience, Richard Sandoval and his team have introduced new dishes that add an exciting dimension to the existing menu with fresh interpretations of culinary classics and integrated inclusion of plant-based options. The new standouts include the Avocado Tiradito, Zucchini Tacos and the famed Suviche rolls an inventive combination of ceviche sushi and sushi that play on the tradition of Nikkei cuisine in Peru. The beverage menu has also been reimagined with a curated selection of classic and classic hybrid non-alcoholic cocktails, the perfect accompaniment for watching the sunset over the Arabian Sea from the expansive terrace. Richard Sandoval commented: “We’re very excited to share what we’ve been working on over the past few months. We’ve put a lot of thought into creating a space where diners can come and have an experience that they won’t find anywhere else through a combination of the exceptional culinary offering, our warm hospitality and VaKaVa’s unique setting.” VaKaVa’s new direction and experiential concept will come to life with the launch of its Friday brunch in February. More details to follow soon! Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers is the first property from Hilton’s luxury portfolio to open in the capital in October 2020. With new management will come a new direction reflecting Hilton’s core values. |
