Ras al Khaimah-: The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach has launched its new beach side restaurant called, Beach Deck, inviting guests to make the most of the stunning views of the sun-kissed shores of powdery sands and cool azure waters. The open-air Beach Deck has opened in time for the outdoor season with a decadent menu of premium seafood dishes and refreshing cocktails, making it the ideal venue for guests and local residents to enjoy a relaxed alfresco dining experience.
The resort’s award-winning team of chefs has produced the menu using locally sourced ingredients, so that guests can experience grilled specialties, as well as seafood prepared on live stations. Dishes include Dibba Bay Oysters, decadent Caviar Vintage Sturia, whole Atlantic lobster and flavoursome Piña Flambeada for dessert amongst others.
Now more than ever, guests are looking to escape the bustle of city life to rebalance and connect with nature and so the Beach Deck has been designed using earthy materials to create a laid-back vibe for guests can soak up the sun or watch the sunset with shisha while sampling the freshest of seafood.
With some of the best sunset views of the Ras Al Khaimah coastline, guests can also spend casual evenings sitting on the comfy bean bags, while sampling sundowners along with a flavourful shisha. The Beach Deck also caters for those looking for that Instagram moment as the prime beachside views provide the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf as a backdrop for that cherished photographic moment.

Mixing flawless food with panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf, the Beach Deck is also a brilliant location to host private dining or special al-fresco events. The licensed restaurant opens from 4:00 pm for local sundowners, and 6.30 p.m. to 10 p.m. for dinner and shisha.
