Dubai, UAE: Homegrown modern Indian concept Roobaru introduces their sumptuous 2022 Ramadan menu with new items to enjoy throughout the month, not just for Iftar! Known for their spectacular freestyle Indian specialties, the Downtown Dubai-based restaurant will offer a splendid 3-course mealthroughout the holy month for just AED 99 per person.
Those that love their food can relish in the Iftar spread, whether it’s a cozy indoors setting, or along the chilled terrace for a more relaxed vibe. To break the fast, dates, dry fruit, and zesty kaffir lime cashews will be served alongside a special Ramadan beverage which will include Rose & Gulkand Sharbat (Fresh Rose Milk), Passion Fruit & Apricot Cooler, Dates & Chikki. A variety of freshly squeezed juices will also be available as refreshments throughout the evening affair.
Diners will begin their meal with an appetizer of their choice, that includes the likes of Ramadan special Chef’s Haleem (Special Braised Spiced Mutton Stew with Lentils), succulent Aslam’s Chicken (Old-style Chicken Tikka), perfectly crisp Sharjah Sambusa, and Middle Eastern-inspired Corn Hummus.
For the main course, the hearty selections are tender Butter Chicken, tangy Chote ke Chole, or an assortment of Roobaru’s Signature Biryanis: classic Chicken Biryani, savory Paneer and Veg Biryani, and for an additional AED 35, guests can opt for fall-off-the-bone Lamb Shank Biryani.
Top off the evening with a sweet selection between decadent Roobaru Chocolate Fondant or melt-in-your-mouth Gulab Jamun & Ice Cream.
