Manoj honed his culinary skills through working in many luxury hotels in the Middle East & Africa, where he learned various techniques and was even eager to explore more outside of his homeland. After 18 years of culinary experience in Addis Ababa, Ajman, India and Kenya, Manoj finally made it to The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
