Qatar: Owing to popular demand, TOD, the emerging sports and entertainment streaming app for the MENA region, has come up with an innovative one-day access pass to all of its premium and exclusive sports hosted on the platform. Viewers can purchase the package for a $10 payment and follow their favourite teams and matches happening on any given day.
TOD is one of the first platforms to introduce this kind of access to sports streaming for MENA viewers. The platform holds the leading streaming rights for the region, including matches from the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, Davis Cup, UEFA Women’s Champions League, Big Bash League (cricket), Australia Vs England ODI Series, Mixed Martial Arts, and Rugby Sevens, to name a few upcoming tournaments.
As a promotional feature, TOD will be offering a 30% discount on its Daily Passes to Hayya Card holders.
Commenting on the launch of its Daily Passes, John Paul Mckerlie, VP Marketing and Sales at TOD, said, “In today’s day and age, people seek the flexibility of paying only for what they wish to watch. It is even more true for sports streaming, where loyalty and fanbase are often associated with a player, team, or tournament. By introducing “Daily Passes” TOD is offering viewers the choice to subscribe only to the matches they wish to watch on a given day on webcric. This has two fold benefits: it extends viewers’ options to choose a premium HD viewing experience according to their interests, and secondly, it reduces their need to catch a live match through unsecure channels that compromise their data and security.”
In addition to the newly introduced Daily Passes, TOD offers three more subscription packages at the moment. Its “TOD Theatre” package offers viewers exclusive and premium entertainment content, including TOD Originals, latest Western, Arabic, and Turkish blockbusters, and live channels and shows. Meanwhile, the “TOD Total” subscription extends access to its sports and entertainment portfolio. For FIFA World Cup fans, TOD, the official streaming platform for MENA, has introduced “TOD Tickets” offering subscribers a “World Cup Only” viewing experience for a one time payment of $80.
TOD can be streamed across MENA on iOS and Android devices, including most of the leading smart TVs such as Apple, Samsung, Sony, LG, HiSense, to name a few. Its app can be downloaded from the appstore or playstore, and can be linked to up to 5 devices, with pin protection enabled personalisation options. Its packages can be viewed at www.tod.tv/en/promo.
