The culinary journey begins with an array of starters served at your table, including creamy burrata, golden-fried fritti, cured meats, oysters, salads and quiche. Next comes a trio of fresh-from-the-oven pizzas, with your choice of vegetarian or white varieties. An abundance of pastas follows, including baked and stuffed versions, and risotto, penne, spaghetti or pappardelle finished in a giant cheese wheel for maximum flavour.
