The newly launched All Stars project showcases a star lineup of limited edition dishes, including:
Double Dynamite Shawarma Roll (soft potato rolls, grilled chicken shawarma with rich flavours of garlic, coriander, parsley, refreshing coleslaw, made with green apple, Japanese mayo and yuzu puree and finished with dynamite sauce) by Mohammad Orfali from Alshaya Group.
Beef Shish Cevap Wrap (spiced beef kebab sits in a homemade flatbread that’s smeared with chilli cheese called urnebes, roasted red pepper relish called Ajvar, topped with parsley and pickled red onions and purple cabbage) by Stacha Toncev and Urosh Mitrasinovic from 21 GRAMS.
Tulum Prawn Tacos (fresh tortillas packed tight with spicy red mojo sauce, soft herbs, Persian feta, roast jalapeños, mango and slaw) by Tom Arnel from Bull&Roo.
Chipotle Chicken Poke (a fiery charred corn salad, with jalapenos, cabbage, feta, avo, cherry tomatoes, onion, cashew nuts and sesame seeds, topped with a vibrant lime dressing, with the choice to add a juicy grilled Shish Taook) by Reif Othman from REIF Japanese Kushiyaki.
Gyudon (a traditional Japanese dish with a base of white rice topped with soy braised tenderloin beef and onion and wasabi mayo) by Akmal Anuar from 3Fil s.
Rodriguez Dan Dan Noodles (spicy chicken Szechuan ragu, a traditional garnish of chopped peanuts, scallion and baby spinach, on silky egg noodles) by Omar Rodriguez from SLAB test kitchen.
The Whole Veg Mezze Shebang (Moroccan moutabbal with chilli cheese straws; wild green and mozzarella sambousak; four cheese Arabian rolls; hazelnut falafel with green tahini and silky hummus with broad beans and pumpkin) by modern Middle Eastern master, Greg Malouf.
White Choc & Lime Cheesecake (gingersnap base with a smooth white chocolate topping, finished with key lime curd) by Liz Stevenson from Rüya.
