UUDS soars to new heights while delivering innovation to KSA’s aviation sector

 While launching its MRO’s solutions to KSA, UUDS aims to play a vital role in the local aviation sector. Committed to fostering lasting collaborations, and providing advanced solutions that align with the dynamic demands of the field, UUDS makes a significant impact with the announcement of its first subsidiary in Saudi Arabia, from the Residence of France in Riyadh, during a workshop organised by Business France, the French governmental agency for trade and investment, in the presence of Mr. Ludovic Pouille, Ambassador of France to KSA.

The event featured distinguished guests from GACA, SAUDIA, SAEI and MATARAT HOLDING offered the opportunity to connect, engage, and discuss with UUDS executive committee about the future of the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) sector in Saudi Arabia.

As UUDS begins its saudi journey, the company stands ready to play a pivotal rôle in the Kingdom’s aviation landscape. The event was also an opportunity to conduct a workshop providing tangible case studies, by Julian Ehrhard Executive VP COO and by Stephane Woitok, Head of DOA & CCO. Through this workshop, UUDS reaches out to a wide range of players within the aviation industry and related sectors, including foremost airlines to address comprehensive turnkey solutions encompassing cabin upgrades, refurbishment, completion, maintenance, and the installation of medical equipment.

Attendees also included King Salman Airport, NESMA Company, NEOM, SAMI Advanced Electronics, SAEI, Saudia Airlines, FLYNAS, RIYADH AIRPORTS Company and Airbus Helicopters.

As UUDS also provides tailored services, it reached a larger market including VIP Operators, the MRO centers for flexible repair solutions and a seamless supply of spare parts. The public entities such as the Ministry of defense that can also be catered to specific defense operation requirements, and other government-owned entities are part of UUDS key target to collaborate on civil security, border surveillance, HEMS (Helicopter Emergency Medical Services).

Bringing substantial added value to the Saudi aviation market thanks to turnkey solutions from design and certification to parts production and on-site work in customer hangars or MRO facilities. Another asset of UUDS lies in its dedicated team of local engineers based in Riyadh, to train the Saudi youth while ensuring proximity for project management, surveys, and fit checks on aircraft.
